She is also the author of the Inner Goddess Revolution.

This book is about 52 Goddesses, one for each week of the year. It includes exercises and journal prompts and practical things to do.

I found it a very good read in general, some Goddesses are presented with more humour than others, but that’s certainly not a criticism.

I felt called to some Goddesses more than others, and therefore the connection was stronger with some.

I did some of the journal prompts and practical exercises, and they proved very helpful.

This book is in essence an entire years course, and is very valuable in its teaching. Lyn shares her teaching gently and effectively in this book. By the end of the course you will have learned more about your self and 52 Goddesses, and maybe find a deeper connection with one.

I found the exercises I did bought interesting thoughts to the fore, and I was able to work through them in what I felt was a safe way.

I highly recommend this book!!

** note, I wasn’t paid for this review but was given a pre release copy to read. I have since ordered the book!!
