Tcotd – 10 pentacles – 25-4-13

An opened treasure chest stands before us. A smiley rat looks straight at you.

Today, we see that there are good things when they may not look that way. The trunk is battered, yet within it is contained shiny treasure. We may feel battered, yet inside us are treasures. Ten brings completion, and in the case of this card, reward.

You have reached a goal – be proud of yourself. Situations are closed or changed, move on, remembering all you have learned. Today is a good day, and not just because it’s Friday!

Cool! I’ve just looked at my e-mail after finishing a report to Highways about our village traffic signs and bollards, that has taken me much longer than anticipated. Funny how Highways think property protection has more financial priority than people protection!
